A "temporary" position is one with an end date that will eventually end. It could be for one or two weeks, or even several months up to one year. Typically a company will request a temporary associate for coverage for vacations, projects, maternity leaves, sick leaves, and seasonal or peak times.

Occasionally a "temporary " position turns into a "Temp-to-Hire" position.

A "Temp-to-Hire" position is one, in which the company's intention is to fill the position on a permanent basis but would like the opportunity to evaluate an employee before making an offer of employment. The Temp-to-Hire program allows you to "try out" an employee before becoming a regular employee on your staff. Your company contracts to Leman Group and pays monthly bill rate for leasing of employee. If you wish to make an offer of employment, there is no additional fee to you, after the six months requirement is met. If you wish to make an offer of employment before the six month period, you will receive invoice for the hiring fee. After either the six months or the pro-rated fee obligation has been fulfilled, our company's associate becomes your employee.

One of the services we offer our clients is the ability to payroll individuals identified through their own search efforts. We will agree to put their employee on our payroll for some periods of time and at a lower mark up rate. There is no buy out fee. There is no guarantee of replacement.
