ARTICLE 89.   Rights of employees for guaranteeing protection of their personal information that is stored by employer

To guarantee protection of their personal information that [one] is stored by employer, employees have the following [two] rights:

• right to receive complete information [three] about their personal information and processing of their [four] personal information.;

• right of free access [five] to their personal information, including right of receiving [six] copies of any record where their personal [seven] information is contained, except cases specified [eight] by federal law;

• right to choose representatives [nine] for protection of their personal information;

• right [ten] to access medical information relevant to their personal [one] information with aid of a medical specialist of their [two] choice;

• right to demand exclusion or correction [three] of incorrect or incomplete personal information and information that [four] was processed with violation of requirements of this [five] Code. If an employer refuses to exclude or correct personal [six] information of an employee, then an employee has right [seven] to inform employer in written form about disagreement [eight] and provide correspondent reasons for this disagreement. A notice [nine] by an employee, expressing point of view of the employee can [ten] be added to personal information of estimative type; [one]

• right to demand from employer informing of all [two] entities who were previously given incorrect [three] or incomplete personal information of an employee about all [four] exclusions, additions and corrections in personal information of an employee; [five]

• right to appeal to court about any [six] non-legitimate actions or inactions of an employer relevant to processing [seven] and protection of personal information of an employee.
