ARTICLE 108.   Breaks for rest and meal

During the working day (shift) the employee should [one] be given a break for rest and meal, not [two] more than two hours long, but not [three] shorter than 30 minutes, which is [four] not included into working hours.

The time of the break [five] and its concrete duration are established by the internal [six] labour regulations of the organization or on agreement between the employee [seven] and the employer.

In kinds of work where it is [eight] impossible to give a break for rest and meal because [nine] of the conditions of production (work), the employer must give [ten] the employee an opportunity to have rest and meal during [one] the working hours. The list of such kinds of work [two] as well as places for rest and meals are established [three] by the internal labour regulations of the organization.
