ARTICLE 263.   Additional non-paid leaves to employees nursing children

A collective labor contracts may provide additional [one] annual non-paid leaves up to 14 calendar [two] days for the employee with two or more children [three] at the age under 14 years old, the employee [four] with a handicapped child under 18 years [five] old, the single female parent nursing a child [six] under 14 years old, the single male [seven] parent nursing a child under 14 years [eight] old at any time convenient to them.
