ARTICLE 322.   Procedure of granting and addition of annual paid leave

The annual additional paid leave of absence specified [one] in the Article 321 of the present Code is granted [two] to the employees who have been working for the employer [three] for six months.

The total time of annual additional [four] paid leave of absence is estimated by summing [five] up the annual general and all annual additional [six] paid leaves of absence.

Whole or partial summing up [seven] of annual paid leaves of absence for the employees working [eight] in the far north regions and equivalent areas is [nine] allowed for not more than two years. [ten] The total time of granted leave should not [one] exceed six months including time of unpaid [two] leave required for trip to the place of leave and back.

The [three] part of annual paid leave not used [four] that exceeds six months is summed [five] up to the leave for the following year.

Upon the request of one [six] of the working parents (tutor) the employer is to grant [seven] him (her) annual paid leave of absence [eight] or its part (not less than 14 [nine] calendar days) to accompany his (her) child [ten] under 18 years old entering the secondary [one] or higher education institutions located in the other area [two] to the institution.

If the abovementioned employee has two [three] and more children this leave is granted [four] once per each child.
