ARTICLE 341.   Reasons for termination of work in a representation of the Russian Federation abroad

Work in a representation of the Russian Federation abroad is [one] finished in relation to expiration of the period fixed by correspondent [two] federal executive bodies or public institutions of the Russian [three] Federation when sending the employee or conclusion of a terminal [four] labor contract with him (her).

Work in a representation [five] of the Russian Federation abroad may be ceased [six] before the stipulated time also in the following situations:

1. [seven] emergency situation in the country of residence;

2. declaration [eight] of the employee a person non-grata or notification from competent authorities [nine] of the country of residence that his (her) residence [ten] if this country is unacceptable;

3. reduction [one] of quota of diplomatic or service personnel of correspondent representations; [two]

4. non-observance of customs and legislation of a country of residence [three] as well as generally accepted rules of conduct and moral [four] norms by the employee;

5. failure to execute by the employee [five] the obligations under the labor contract on ensuring observance [six] of legislation in the country of residence, generally accepted rules [seven] of conduct and moral norms, and rules of residence in force [eight] in the representation by members of the employee's family;

6. gross [nine] violation of work responsibility as well as work schedule [ten] requirements which the employee was informed about [one] upon labor contract conclusion;

7. temporary [two] disablement for the period over two months or in the event of disease [three] preventing work abroad in accordance with the disease [four] list approved in the procedure set by the Government of Russian [five] Federation.

When work in a representation of the Russian Federation [six] abroad is ceased on one of the abovementioned reasons [seven] listed in the part two of the present Article the employees [eight] who are not included in the personnel the federal [nine] executive bodies or public institutions of the Russian Federation [ten] sending the them to work abroad are dismissed [one] in accordance with the point 2 of the Article 77 [two] of the present Code. The employees who are in the personnel [three] of the pointed bodies and institutions are dismissed on the reasons [four] provided by the present Code and other federal laws. [five]
