ARTICLE 326.   Reimbursement of the expenses related to moving into the far north regions and equivalent areas

The people who concluded labor contracts with [one] the organizations located in the far north regions and equivalent [two] areas and arrived from other regions of the Russian Federation [three] according to these contracts are granted the following [four] guarantees and compensation payments at the expense of employer:

lump-sum [five] grant in the amount of two monthly official salaries [six] (wages rates per months) and lump-sum grant [seven] for each member of the family in the amount of half of the employee's [eight] official salary per month (wages rate [nine] per month);

reimbursement for travel of the employee [ten] and his (her) family within the Russian Federation [one] territory on a base of actual expenses, as well as for transportation [two] of baggage of not more than five tons [three] per family on a base of actual expenses but not [four] more than railway tariffs;

paid [five] leave for 7 calendar days to accustom to new [six] place.

The right for free travel and baggage [seven] transportation is reserved for one year after [eight] conclusion of the labor contract with an employee in this [nine] organization in the specified regions and areas.

In the event of moving [ten] into a new place of residence due to labor contract [one] cancellation on any reasons (including death of the employee) [two] excluding dismissal of the employee for culpable actions the employee [three] and his (her) family are paid travel [four] and transportation of baggage of not more than five [five] tons upon actual expenses but not more [six] than railway tariffs.

The guarantees and compensation payments [seven] specified in the present Article are granted to the employee [eight] only at his (her) principal work place. [nine]
